1. Processing Range and Applications

Manual loading/unloading of special-shaped pipes and sheets, laser cutting and laser welding.

Workpiece size limit: turntable area 700 × 700 mm.

Maximum cutting thickness varies depending on laser power.

Capable of cutting various angles, curves, arcs, and irregular shapes.

Suitable for laser cutting and welding of round holes, square holes, rectangles, semi-circles, ellipses, and irregular-shaped pipes.

Using 3D product design via CAD/CAM software for processing path setting, simulation, and NC path conversion.

Replaces CNC milling machines for irregular arcs, improving productivity and flexibility.

2. Workflow and Components Functions

Robot arm and external axes work synchronously with 9 axes in total:

6-axis robot arm with 30 kg payload and repeatability ±0.07 mm.

2-axis rotary table with 250 kg mold load and repeatability ±0.1 mm.

1-axis linear axis with 1500 kg platform load and repeatability ±0.1 mm.

Laser source and head:

High-power IPG 3000W diode-pumped Erbium-doped fiber laser oscillator.

Suitable for cutting medium carbon steel (≤16 mm), stainless steel (≤6 mm), aluminum alloy (≤6 mm).

Proportional pressure control: 0–20 bar, auxiliary gases: nitrogen, air.

Proportional flow control: 1–25 LPM, welding auxiliary gas: argon.

3. Operation Interface and Software

CAD/CAM system:

Direct import of 3D models, mold structures, and site layouts.

Supports 2 external rotary axes and 2 linear axes.

Fast editing of cutting shapes and conversion into cutting paths.

Path shape adjustments and processing simulation within software.

Direct generation of robot processing path files.

Control interface:

Intelligent HMI input interface replacing traditional robot teach pendant.
