Machine Functions
1. Platform rotation speed：Set according to coordination between robot arm and motor.
2. Manual angle operation：Control box with buttons located beside the turntable motor allows rotation at any angle.
3. Positioning angle：±180°, set according to coordination function.
4. Mold base plate size：2000 mm × 1100 mm, equipped with 5 sets of jig base plate mounting holes.
5. Jig base plates：Six pieces of 1100 mm × 300 mm plates with a 100 mm × 100 mm × M12 hole array.
6. Automatic gun cleaning：Executed via HMI; robot arm automatically moves to the cleaning station to start the cleaning process.
7. Nozzle replacement：Executed via HMI; robot arm moves to the replacement door, allowing operator to open door and replace nozzle.
8. Safety interlock switch：Safety door switch installed at the nozzle replacement door; opening the door during arm operation without replacement procedure triggers an emergency stop.
9. UV-resistant windows：Six windows in total — two on the front sliding door, two on either side of the replacement door, and two on the sides.
10. Fixed jigs：Customized fixed jigs (part no. 4022.690.00471-YS SPM METROFRAME WELD ASSY), one set per platform, total of two sets.
